Dahlia Benaroya formed Dahlia Web Designs LLC to help small businesses and non-profits showcase their organization with creative, professional website and technology solutions.

I love to create solutions that enables greater efficiency and effectiveness for my clients. My broad business and design experience of many years enables me to save my clients time by guiding them with laser focus and by bringing clarity to their organization.

This enables my clients to feel their overwhelming burden of supporting their organization go away. Instead, they feel relieved that they can rely on my understanding of the organizational processes and the technology solutions and on my commitment to make things easier for them.

My proactive and thorough approach allows them to focus on the mission of their organization instead. They are confident that they can always reach me and rely on me. My clients look to me for guidance and include me as integral part of their organization.

As the former director of a global corporation’s computer department, Dahlia had a wide range of responsibilities and services. From overseeing a $15 million yearly budget to implementing cost-effective technology, she excelled in both strategic planning and tactical execution. With a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, she spearheaded organizational strategies and initiatives, while efficiently managing a team of 100 individuals including staff, consultants, outsourcing organizations, and multiple vendors.

The first phase is to create a proposal that is predicated on a discovery step and will identify the scope of the project and if desired, the ongoing retainer-based support.

The second phase, if selected, will be the implementation.
